Terms
Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between VIRTAVUE and the businesses and people who use it. Please read them before you create a workspace or share a tour.

Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using VIRTAVUE, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use VIRTAVUE for a company or agency, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that business.
Opening a shared link as a visitor does not require an account. The rules for using links still apply to you.
What VIRTAVUE provides
VIRTAVUE is a workspace for real-estate agencies and showrooms. It includes property listings, media libraries, 360° and 3D virtual tours, links that expire after 24 hours, client records, agreements, invoices, notifications, reports and showroom catalogues.
We are improving the service all the time. Features may be added, changed or retired. Some features are available only on certain plans, or are marked as not yet available.
Accounts and workspaces
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Each workspace belongs to one business and operates in one industry: real estate or showroom.
- A workspace's owner controls who is a member and what each role may do, and is responsible for how members use the workspace.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Plans and subscriptions
Each workspace is on a plan. The plan sets its limits, such as the number of properties and the amount of storage, and the features it includes. The current plans are shown inside the application.
Paid plans are paid outside the platform and activated once payment has been confirmed. Choosing a plan does not activate it by itself. If a workspace reaches a limit, some actions will be refused until the limit is raised or space is freed. Existing content stays in place.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or enter, including listings, photos, videos, tours, client records, documents and catalogues. You give us permission to store, process, copy and display that content only as needed to run the service for you. This includes creating resized, watermarked and tour versions, and showing content through the links you create.
You are responsible for your content. You confirm that:
- you have the right to upload it, including the rights to any photos, videos and 3D models;
- people who can be identified in your media have agreed to appear in it where the law requires;
- you collected the client information you record lawfully, and you use it lawfully;
- your listings, prices, availability and product details are accurate and not misleading.
Shared links
A shared link lets anyone who has it view the approved public version of a property or showroom tour, without signing in. Every link expires 24 hours after it is created, and you can revoke it sooner. Once a link is lost, it cannot be shown again. Create a new one instead.
Send links only to people you intend to see the content. Visitors may reshare a tour from its page. Any link created that way expires no later than the original link.
Acceptable use
You must not use VIRTAVUE to:
- publish false, misleading or fraudulent listings or products, or content you have no right to share;
- break the law, including laws on property, consumer protection, privacy, intellectual property and anti-money-laundering;
- upload malware or harmful files, or try to get around upload checks;
- access another workspace's data, test or break our security, or bypass plan limits;
- copy, scrape or resell the service, or overload it with automated traffic;
- harass people, or send messages they did not ask for through information obtained from the service.
Transactions between businesses and their clients
VIRTAVUE is a tool businesses use to present and manage their work. We are not a party to any sale, rental, lease or purchase between a business and its clients, and we do not process rental payments, deposits, orders or deliveries.
Showroom prices and availability are statements made by the showroom. A showroom selection or PDF is a list, not an order or a reservation. Any purchase is arranged directly with the showroom.
Agreements, signatures and invoices
VIRTAVUE helps you prepare agreements, collect signatures, and issue and track invoices. We do not give legal, tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for making sure your documents, signature process, taxes and invoices meet the requirements that apply to you. We recommend professional advice.
Third-party services
Some actions open services we do not run, for example sending a selection to a showroom through WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Availability
We work to keep VIRTAVUE available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where practical, we will give notice of planned maintenance and of significant changes. Keep your own copies of important files.
Suspension and closing an account
You can stop using VIRTAVUE at any time. We may suspend or close an account or workspace, or revoke its links, if these terms are broken, if the law requires it, or if its use puts other people or the service at risk. Where practical, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem.
After a workspace is closed, its content is removed according to our privacy policy, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Disclaimers and liability
VIRTAVUE is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business or lost data. We are also not liable for the accuracy of content businesses publish, or for dealings between businesses and their clients.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your responsibility to us
If a claim is brought against us because of your content, your listings or products, your dealings with your clients, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs it causes us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Before starting formal proceedings, we will both try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will let account holders know before it takes effect. If you keep using VIRTAVUE after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
